Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and organised Admin Executive to join our growing digital lock business. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
- Assist walk-in customers with inquiries, providing product information and support.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer requests via WhatsApp Business and other communication channels.
- Manage general administrative tasks, including maintaining records, processing orders, and coordinating schedules.
- Support the team in handling operational activities, such as inventory checks and basic reporting.
- Address and escalate customer concerns to the relevant team members when necessary.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as required to support the business.
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Experience:
- Prior experience in customer service or administrative roles is a plus.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in Google Drive and comfortable with using WhatsApp Business.
- Highly organised and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
- Customer-focused with a friendly and professional demeanour.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Additional Information:
- Work location: 501 Jurong West Street 51, Singapore 640501
- Work hours: 9.30 am - 6 pm

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,500.00 per month
Expected hours: 42 per week
