Job Description:
As a Foreign Talent Recruiter, you will play a vital role in identifying and securing the best talent from overseas markets. You will liaise with overseas recruitment agents, manage candidate pipelines, and ensure that our clients receive skilled and qualified workers.
Basic + Uncapped Commission
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain relationships with overseas recruitment agents to source talent for various industries.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on client requirements and job specifications.
Coordinate recruitment processes, including interviews, documentation, and visa processing.
Monitor overseas agents' performance and ensure compliance with agency standards.
Manage communication between agents, workers, and clients to ensure smooth placement processes.
Stay updated on local labor laws and MOM regulations for hiring foreign workers.
Provide regular reports on recruitment progress and agent activities.
Requirements:
Experience in recruitment firm for Service, Construction, Manufacture and etc
Have CEI Basic (MUST)
Ability to build and manage relationships with overseas agents and clients.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Familiarity with industries like construction, manufacturing, or services where foreign talent is commonly employed.
