Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for visitors? Join our team where we are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Guest Experience Ambassador to manage ticketing, retail, and lounge sales, as well as provide support in various guest-facing areas.
Responsibilities:
Manage walk-in ticketing and sales, including processing end-to-end transactions and cashier duties
Provide outstanding customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience throughout their visit
Conduct price tagging, stock takes, and merchandise replenishment to ensure the retail area is well-stocked and visually appealing
Accurately track and record facility usage, charges, and ticket sales in the system
Address guest needs, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
Perform other tasks as assigned to support overall facility operations
Job Requirement
Minimum GCE ‘O’ level with 1-2 years of hospitality experience
Candidates with retail customer service experience will be highly preferred
Able to work in a fast pace and challenging environment
Able to work on shifts including weekends and Singapore Public Holidays
Other Information:
Work Days: 2 days off 2 days (rotating shifts)
Work Hours: 0530H – 1730H, 0600H - 1800H, 0930H – 2130H, 1000H – 2200H, 1030H – 2230H
