Fulfillment Associate (Perm) - Night Shift Involved
Working hours: 8 hrs a day, 5 days a week, 40 hrs a week
Shift hours: Day shift (8 hrs between 8am to 11pm), Night shift (11pm to 8am)
Location: Islandwide (Will assign to nearer area)
Salary: $1,900/month + Meal Credits ($20/week) + Store and Individual Performance Bonus (up to $300/month) + Shift Allowances ($10/weekend shift, $10/night shift)
(If work on weekend + night shift, will have both the allowances which is $20)
Job Scope:
Manage warehouse operations, including inventory control, order fulfillment, and compliance with SOPs and food safety standards.
Lead and guide team members to meet daily operational goals and timelines.
Coordinate manpower planning and deployment with the Warehouse Manager.
Ensure workplace safety, maintain tools and equipment, and keep the workspace clean and organized.
Troubleshoot system issues, update compliance records, and support cross-store operations as needed.
Requirements:
Able to work in a fast-paced working environment.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Tech Savvy or comfortable with working with mobile devices, laptops and other forms of digital communication.
Able to read, understand & communicate in English is a must.
