Implementation of corporate strategies and policies in administrative functions.
Supervision, training, and support of staff.
Management of HR tasks including payroll, staff issues resolution, and communication with employment agencies.
Verification of daily reports, invoicing, and petty cash management.
IT support for troubleshooting POS and other machinery.
Handling store management duties including SOD, EOD, customer concerns, security matters, adherence to SOPs, and Lost & Found records
Maintenance of cleanliness in the back-office area.
Accurate record-keeping of store assets and documents.
