Compile and analyse sales and discount data, prepare monthly analysis reports, and assist in submitting reports to the Store Manager to support decision-making and strategic planning processes.
Assist with scheduling and roster management, ensuring adequate staffing levels and coverage to meet operational needs, and maintain accurate records in the HRM Time System.
Conduct inventory stock takes twice a month, recording and inputting purchase data into Excel sheets, and implementing corrective actions to address discrepancies and optimize inventory management processes.
