We are seeking for an energetic individual to provide the full spectrum of human resources to assist and support the HR manager in in managing the HR operations, formulating and executing plans, and ensuring quality in all deliverables.

He/ She is expected to provide advisory and support to all departments on HR-related matters and implement HR programs and initiatives. Participates and spearheads HR projects as and when required. Within the HR team, to provide supervision and guidance to junior team members, and serve as a backup during the absence of peers.

Key Responsibilities:

· Coordinate in the day-to-day workflow of team members in the HR department.

· Manage employee records, HR systems, and corporate procurement.

· Administer and ensure timely submission of all training grants and claims to various government agencies/statutory bodies and reporting.

· Assist in the implementation of HR policies and ensure regulatory compliance.

· Manage employee engagement activities and welfare initiatives.

· Handle corporate and staff insurances. This includes reviewing, evaluating, and ensuring good coverage and cost-effectiveness.

· Supervise and administer regulatory/government statistical reposts surveys, HR analytics, market surveys, etc.

· Oversee and supervise recruitment, onboarding including orientation, retirement, and exit processes.

· Monitor performance, identify, propose methods or procedures; and facilitate opportunities to enhance productivity and efficiency in processes and system.

· Assist with the preparation of management reporting and budgeting exercise.

Requirements:

Degree in HR Management with at least 3 years of hands-on experience as an HR Generalist

· Good knowledge of HR legislation, policies and procedures

· Experience in leading a team with the ability to coach junior team members

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Meticulous, pro-active and a good team player

· Good time management with the ability to multitask effectively and perform under pressure and tight deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $4,000.00 - $4,800.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
