Electrical Supervisor

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Supervisor to lead and oversee electrical projects and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations. The ideal candidate should have experience in supervising site operations and coordinating with project teams.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist Project Managers in planning and executing electrical works from inception to completion.
• Supervise and coordinate the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems.
• Ensure all electrical works are compliant with local regulations, safety standards, and project requirements.
• Manage and monitor site operations, including workers and subcontractors, to ensure timely project completion.
• Conduct inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are adhered to.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for materials and equipment.
• Attend and contribute to site meetings and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain progress reports and site documentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues as they arise.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor in construction or industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, standards, and safety protocols.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with local regulations and LTA standards (if applicable).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $1,800.00 - $3,500.00 per month
