We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Admin and Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial for maintaining our presence on e-commerce platforms such as Shopee and Lazada, managing daily administrative tasks, and overseeing operation and logistics. The ideal candidate will be adept in e-commerce operations and have a keen eye for detail in procurement processes.
Key Responsibilities:
E-Commerce Management:
• Maintain and update product listings on platforms like Shopee, Lazada, and other e-commerce sites.
• Monitor online sales and marketing trends to optimize listings and increase visibility.
Daily Administration:
• Coordinate daily operational and logistical activities.
• Manage correspondence, schedule meetings, and organize company records.
• Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
Procurement and Supply Chain:
• Follow up on procurement processes, ensuring timely delivery and quality of goods.
• Liaise with suppliers and manage relationships for optimal service.
Marketing Support:
• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies.
• Contribute to social media management and content creation.
