5、環境、商品的清潔維護

(二)開店後:

1、完成例行公事例行公事種類:

a. 業績回報

b. 教育訓練

c. 擬定方案

d. 請求支援

e. 商品陳列

f. 庫存整備

g. 訂退換貨

h 業務拓展(網路、熟客、團體、企業等多方面用戶開發)

2、觀察商圈人潮狀況

3、掌握人員銷售情形

4、協助銷售事宜

5、店內工作之分配安排

6、解決或避免突發之狀況

(三)閉店前:

1、店內庫存貨品盤點

2、環境、商品之清潔維護

3、業績金額之清點繳納

4、零用金之核對交接

5、核對今日工作完成度

6、明日工作重點安排、交辦

7、閉店前確實清場

8、硬體設備維護關閉

9、環境安全、門窗確實上鎖

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

- Manage store operations, including:

- Opening and closing procedures

- Maintaining store appearance, including merchandise display and cleanliness

- Assist with sales, customer inquiries, and providing product information

- Process transactions, manage petty cash, and perform daily reconciliations

- Conduct inventory management, including:

- Stock counting

- Ordering and replenishment

- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive store environment

- Assist with visual merchandising, store displays, and promotional activities

- Perform other duties as required to support store operations

Requirements:

- Previous retail experience preferred

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a POS system

- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
