Air Export Customer Service

Benefit:

  • 14 days annual leaves after confirmation

Working days:

Monday to Friday: 9am – 6pm Saturday: 9am – 1pm

Working Location: Changi

Job Responsibilities:

- Provide support to assigned customers / Overseas Agents in handling sales quotations, RFI, RFQs and inquiries for air, arrange air export booking with the airlines / co-loader Agents.

- Follow up on clients', help to do air export billing, invoice verification and handle rate disputes

- Coordinate with customers, sales personnel, Overseas Agents and well liaise with operations teams for shipment arrangement

- Perform other job duties as per requested

Requirements

  • Job Skills MS Office, Data Entry, Handle Enquiries and Requests

  • Able to work overtime if require.
