  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

• Industry Collaboration: Identify and collaborate with top industry experts, secure key patents, and strengthen Huawei's leadership in recommendation systems and related technologies.

Qualifications :

• Educational Background: Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Algorithm Expertise: Strong proficiency in CTR estimation and ranking algorithms, with proven experience in practical applications or project implementation within recommendation systems or programmatic advertising.

• Generative Systems Knowledge: Preferred expertise in generative recommendation systems, including technologies like HSTU (Hierarchical Sequential Transduction Units) and HLLM (Hierarchical Large Language Models).

• Hands-on Experience: Preference for candidates with practical experience in system optimization, innovative academic research, or advanced algorithm development.
