Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior E-Commerce Executive to join our team. This role focuses on creating and executing trade marketing strategies to drive sales, improve brand visibility, and enhance customer experience on e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, TikTok, Shopify, Redmart, Lazada, and NTUC. You will be responsible for managing sales strategies, implementing digital marketing campaigns, tracking ROI, and supporting livestreaming initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Marketplace Management:

• Optimize product listings to drive sales and improve visibility on platforms like Shopee, TikTok, Shopify, Redmart, Lazada, and NTUC.

• Monitor performance metrics (ROI) and run promotions to boost sales and visibility.

Support Digital Marketing Campaigns:

• Execute SEO and SEM strategies to increase organic and paid traffic.

• Manage email marketing, social media campaigns, and paid ads (Google Ads, Facebook Ads).

• Assist in pricing strategies, product launches, and promotional activities.

• Track campaign performance and ROI, making adjustments to improve conversion rates and sales.

Website & Marketing:

• Support the e-commerce website to ensure an optimized user experience, driving conversions through SEO best practices.

• Monitor and optimize digital marketing results to maximize ROI.

Social Media & Content:

• Coordinate social media campaigns to boost brand visibility and engagement.

• Analyze social media performance and content effectiveness, focusing on ROI.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

• Analyze sales data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to recommend improvements for trade marketing strategies.

• Prepare regular reports on sales, campaign performance, ROI, website traffic, and conversion metrics.

Livestreaming & Content Engagement:

• Assist in planning and participating in livestream sessions to engage customers and drive sales.

• Track livestream performance and optimize for better ROI.

Competitor & Market Research:

• Monitor competitors' strategies and market trends to identify opportunities for optimization.

• Conduct research on customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends to stay competitive.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in marketing, business, or a related field.

• Proven 1-2 years of experience in trade marketing, brand management, or similar roles.

• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, and ROI analysis.

• Experience managing e-commerce platforms like Shopee, TikTok, Shopify, and Lazada.

• Strong skills in data analysis, online advertising, SEO, digital marketing, and social media management.

• Ability to interpret data to track and improve ROI.

• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

• Familiarity with digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, email marketing platforms, and SEO/SEM tools.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
