Job Description:

Implement sales strategies to optimize product listings and drive revenue on Shopee, TikTok, Shopify, Redmart, Lazada and NTUC.

Monitor performance metrics and run promotions to enhance visibility and sales.

Identify growth opportunities through platform partnerships and strategic initiatives.

Ensure efficient order fulfillment and customer satisfaction through smooth processing, delivery, and returns.

Support the development and execution of customer retention programs.

Assist in the execution of digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media promotions, SEO/SEM, and paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).

Assist in managing the e-commerce website, ensuring optimal user experience and conversion rates.

Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns and track performance to optimize results.

Coordinate social media content and campaigns to boost brand visibility and traffic.

Analyze and report on social media engagement and content effectiveness.

Analyze sales data and performance metrics to provide insights and support strategy improvements.

Prepare regular reports on sales data, customer trends, campaign outcomes, website traffic, and conversion metrics to track e-commerce performance.

Assist in planning and participating in livestreaming sessions to promote products and engage customers.

Track livestream performance and work with the team to optimize future sessions.

Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities for optimization and new strategies.

Assist with market research to stay ahead of the competition and adapt e-commerce strategies accordingly.

Work closely with internal teams (marketing, inventory, customer service) to execute e-commerce and marketing initiatives.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of e-commerce operations and infrastructure.

Requirement:

Proficiency in managing e-commerce platforms (Shopee, TikTok, Lazada, Shopify).

-Experience in data analysis, online advertising, SEO, digital marketing, and social media management.

-Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

-Familiarity with digital marketing tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, email marketing platforms, and SEO tools.
