1. Basic project management skills to handle multiple rental bookings and ensure smooth operations.

3. Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
4. 1-3 years of experience in a customer service or retail sales role, preferably within the automotive or rental industry.
