Job Description:
Support the delivery of outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive experience that reflects premium brand standards.
Provide accurate and timely information to both internal and external customers.
Channel feedback and inquiries swiftly to drive service improvements.
Handle incoming calls and emails, addressing customer inquiries and following up when needed.
️ Coordinate the scheduling for the Customer Service Technical Team.
Prepare and process service reports, quotations, and invoices.
Follow up on all open service jobs to ensure completion.
Collaborate with other departments and assist with administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Min GCE N / O Level
️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
At least 1 year of working experience in the contact center
