Job Responsibilities:
Monitor customer service inquiries, requests and feedback with both customers and internal teams
Regularly review and enhance operational processes
Provide professional service to both customers & stakeholders through communication channels
Make proactive outbound calls to customers as needed
Effectively resolve complex and escalated customer issues
Adhere to customer service handling targets, as defined by Key Performance indicator (KPI)
Demonstrate the ability to work effectively under pressure & manage customer expectations effectively
Job Requirements:
Able to commit at least 6 months
Comfortable with 1-2 hours OT on weekdays
Proficient in computer skills
Customer-centric with a strong focus on understanding & meeting customer needs & expectations
