Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes from your assigned station meet the restaurant's standards.
  • Perform intricate and precise cooking techniques required for fine-dining cuisine.
  • Maintain exceptional standards of food quality, flavor, and presentation.
  • Collaborate closely with the kitchen team to ensure proper timing and coordination of dishes.
  • Manage inventory for your station and communicate ingredient needs or shortages to the sous chef or head chef.
  • Comply with health and safety regulations, keeping your station clean and organized.
  • Perform any additional duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a related role.
  • Preferably with experience in a professional kitchen, particularly in fine dining.
  • Strong communication skills with a solid understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
  • A team player who is passionate about delivering exceptional dining experiences.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,700.00 per month
