RESPONSIBILITIES
- Experience in planning of physical events/ conferences preferable
- Manage client's expectations on projects and events
- Liaise with internal and external parties on project details, design concepts and requirements for events
- Budget and cost control
- Any other a-hoc duties as required
REQUIREMENTS
- Min Diploma/Degree, preferably in events/hospitality
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Good team player with strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skill
- Able to work under pressure, independent and to meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Meticulous, able to multi-task and has a good learning attitude
- Availability to work evenings and weekends as required by event schedules
- Candidates with relevant experience will be considered for a more senior position
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $1,800.00 - $3,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary
- Commission pay
- Yearly bonus
Work Location: In person
