Responsibilities
•Handles customer enquiries promptly through phone, email, or message
•Assists with customers’ requests
•Assists salesmen to provide administrative and business development support
•Supports service operations and administrative functions
•Ensure completeness of sales agreements / account openings / closures / update instruction and relevant supporting documents are submitted
•Basic compliance checks on relevance documents
•Resolves conflicts timely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
•Work actively with marketing to ensure smooth and excellent service delivery
•Handles customer's feedback, complaints, and compliments for quality management
Who We are Looking for?
•Minimum N Level holders or equivalent and above
•A Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
•Ability to understand severity and dimensions of issues and escalate to Management timely
•Must be able to handle customers’ requests and complaints efficiently in a fast-paced environment
•Prior customer service, call-center experiences or experiences in handling complaints have a better advantage
•Have a valid Class 3 Driver’s License will be welcome.
•Must be flexible to work on weekends as it is a 5.5 days’ work-week job
•Independent, discipline, highly organized worker who is able to multitask and a team player
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $1,800.00 - $2,600.00 per month
