  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description

  • Provide seamless customer service to customers, and students.
  • Assist/create content and do posting at social media. Handle customer communication, maintain leads-in and closely follow-up
  • Perform sales of musical products, music course enrollment, events helper etc.
  • Responsible for our day-to-day operations and support the outlet manager in daily business and school operations.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum "O"-Level or equivalent educational qualification.
  • Strong work ethic and diligence, committed to achieving exceptional result, and retail hours
  • Customer-focused mindset with effective verbal communication skills

Remuneration and Benefits

  • Initial monthly remuneration of $2,600 - $3,300.
  • Singaporean are welcomed. 5-day workweek with 12-15 days of annual leave.
  • Training and OJT provided.
  • Clear career progression to the role of Assistant Manager/ Outlet Manager.
  • Fringe benefits include free music courses and medical insurance coverage.

Work Location: Work in music school outlet and/or retail outlet in shopping malls.
