Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients (leads provided) to schedule appointments for our Financial Consultant.
- Explain basic financial services and benefits to spark interest.
- Maintain and update call logs, schedules, and lead management databases.
- Work closely with the Financial Consultant to ensure smooth appointment coordination.
Requirements
- Strong verbal communication skills with a clear and persuasive tone.
- Experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Ability to handle objections and build rapport with clients over the phone.
- Goal-oriented mindset and a positive attitude.
