Responsibilities:
Key and post invoices, debit and credit, as well as goods receiving to the correct account and product code
Able to reconcile ending balance from stock-take provided by stores to determine the COGS
Allocate selling price, costs and quantities to the sold products
Create job for stocks and adjust inventory appropriately
Prepare reports using excels relating to the outlets assigned
Review and highlight variances
Communicate and liaise with Butchery Operations team to resolve issues
Other accounting matters relating to the Butchery department
Involve in other company activities and events (e.g., stock-take)
Requirements:
At least 2 years of Accounting experience in F&B industry
Certificate/Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
Fresh graduates with relevant Diploma and positive work attitudes are welcome to apply
Proficient in intermediate excel functions (e.g., vlookup, match, sort)
Experience in ERP system is a plus
Detail-oriented and able to work in a team
