- Social Media Management: Plan, create, implement and manage marketing strategies across various platform and channels to grow brand awareness for the business units and to meet business objectives. Monitor social media trends and provide recommendations for new opportunities.
- Content Creation and Collaborations: Maintain a social media calender and create/curate timely relevant shareable content to inform, engage and attract followers to the brand in a timely manner. Utilize social media management tools to schedule posts, track performance, and analyze campaign effectiveness.
- Customer Inquiries: Answer and manage customer inquiries/ comments coming through marketing and communication channels (e.g DM's, email, whatsapp etc).

- Marketing Coordination: Assist with the planning and execution of marketing activities, including promotions, events, and product launches.
- Storefront Shifts: Be available to support the general manager in manning a full shift at our physical storefronts whenever required.
