Storekeeper

· To take deliveries of all incoming materials and reconcile with delivery orders and purchase orders

· To ensure parts received from vendors are accurate and correct

· To point out any discrepancies on received orders to relevant personnel

· To oversee the handling of freight and movement of all goods

· To ensure goods and picked, packed and labelled according to requirements

· To point out any slow moving components and/or goods to Superior/Upper Management

· To highlight material shortages to Superior and to closely follow up on vendor’s delivery status to ensure on-time issue of material to Production

· To continuously strive for improvements in upkeep of store

· To ensure that materials are kitted on time so as not to affect Production delivery

· To provide total support to Production to ensure on-time delivery to Customers

· To carry out monthly inventory stock count and stock-take on a quarterly basis

· To provide total support during year-end annual stock-take

· To count all “A” items and ensure its accuracy

· Ensure proper storage and good housekeeping

Qualifications:

· Secondary or GCE “N” Level

· Working experiences in electronic industry would be an added advantage

· Good planning and organizing skills

· Able to stay committed to the job

· Knowledge on Microsoft Office

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $1,800.00 - $2,200.00 per month
