The Cyber Security Analyst - Intern will be involved in a Vulnerability Remediation & Reporting project where there will analysis of vulnerabilities, prioritisation of remediation efforts, and ensuring the overall security of the organization's technology infrastructure, including cloud services.


Make an Impact by:


  • Perform triaging of Bug Bounty findings and working with respective application owners to remediate vulnerabilities found in applications.
  • Analyse and evaluate vulnerability scan and penetration testing results, identify potential risks, and provide recommendations for remediation, including cloud-specific vulnerabilities.
  • Perform root cause analysis on security vulnerabilities. When reviewing vulnerabilities, root cause analysis is the task of evaluating underlying issues that create vulnerabilities in code, and allows development teams to move beyond just fixing individual vulnerabilities as they arise.
  • Stay updated on the latest security vulnerabilities, threats, and industry best practices related to vulnerability management, with a focus on cloud security.
  • She/He will learn specifically application security, cloud security and vulnerability management.
  • Learn vulnerability scanning, assessment, and remediation, across on-premises and cloud environments.
  • Learn to perform root cause analysis and drive targeted improvement programs using the A3 model.
  • Learn to interact and communicate with different people in the organisation.
  • Learn infrastructure and application environment.
  • Learn personal and professional development.
  • Document the process and good at excel.

Skills for Success:


  • Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
