Location: Sin Ming
Duration: 12 months contract, renewable
Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 9.30am – 6.30pm
Salary: Up to $2300 per month
Job Description:
• Strong customer service skills to support and handle both drivers and customers with their enquiries
• Attention to detail - Ensure you get the right information each time and achieving it in a timely manner
• Owning your personal metrics for customer support and performance
• Liaise with various teams for case handling, to rectify service-related issues with effective solutions to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.
• Support the team’s administrative tasks and undertake other ad-hoc assignments when required
• Assist and support Managers in fulfilling operational tasks when requested by the superiors.
Requirements:
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service is highly preferred
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
