Job Description
Communicate programmes offered by YRF to beneficiaries clearly and concisely;
Provide support for management of databases for YRF's programmes; Assist in conducting research and environmental scans on social programmes and rehabilitation services for ex-offenders, their families and children of incarcerated; and
Provide specific administrative support based on the programme requirements:
Yellow Ribbon Enabling Fund (YREF) Programme
Manage and update up to 1,000 records of ex-offenders and families
who receive support from the programme annually
Work with YREF Administrators (not more than 10 agencies) on monthly submissions of records
Update submitted records into the database
Conduct monthly checks on disbursements by YREF Administrators
Report and update anomalies (if any) found in the submissions by YREF Administrators to the Authority
Respond to queries regarding YREF and make the necessary referrals to YREF administrators
Assist in reconciliation of the programme's financial records
Support in secretariat functions such as staffing of meetings (including but not limited to coordination of dates, arrangement of meeting rooms/links, security clearance for entry into Prison Complex); and Any other reasonable administrative support as requested by the Authority and taken upon by the administrative support staff with mutual agreement from both parties involved
