As a key member of a dynamic and fast-paced team, you will be responsible for supporting the seamless execution of entire video production process, involving facility setup, content planning and writing, video production and editing; and have a knack for creating engaging video content that align with our strategic objectives.
Ideas Generation: Conceptualize creative video concepts that promote our company’s services, training courses, and events while reflecting our Vision, Mission, and Values.
Facility Setup: Manage the setup of video production equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio tools, ensuring high-quality output.
Video Production: Plan, shoot, and direct video projects, from online course materials, interviews and promotional clips to event highlights, aligning content with our strategic goals and core values.
Post-Editing: Edit and enhance video content using industry-standard software to produce polished, professional outputs that resonate with our audience.
Strategic Impact: Drive interest and awareness by creating compelling video content that embodies our commitment to excellence and innovation.
Emotional Intelligence: Build and nurture strong, supportive relationships with stakeholders to promote collaboration and ensure successful outcomes.
Operational Efficiency: Undertake any additional ad-hoc tasks as required to support the team and ensure operational efficiency.
Person Specification
Qualifications & Experience
Educational Background: Diploma or degree in Media Production, Film Studies, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant experience in video production, from concept to delivery
Language Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin. Proficiency in other languages is an advantage.

Project Management:
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work closely with marketing, events, and other teams.

Pay: $3,200.00 - $4,000.00 per month
