Main Duties :

  • Oversee the daily operations of ecommerce platform
  • Process orders, packing, arrange delivery/shipping and dispatching.
  • Ensure proper stock level and efficient order fulfilment process
  • Manage product listing, coordinate online campaign and promotion
  • Handle customer inquiries and messages promptly
  • Develop and maintain strong relationship with customers
  • Able to perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Administrative Duties

  • Input sales transactions, follow up payment, generate settlement
  • Assist invoicing, goods return, credit/debit notes
  • General day-to-day administrative duties and adhoc duties.

Job Requirements:

  • GCE "O" level or higher, relevant job experience
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) ,Canva
  • Background in trading / wholesale / ecommerce
  • Required language(s): English, Mandarin (in order to liaise and correspond with Mandarin speaking visitors / customers).
  • Strong skills in communication, co-ordination and multitasking.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a collaborative & fast-paced environment.

  • Work in office due to business nature
  • Able to work 5.5 days (alternate Saturdays off)
  • Self motivated and willingness to learn
  • Neat and have good hygiene

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $1,800.00 - $2,200.00 per month
