Position: Junior Sous Chef
Salary: $3800 per month
Benefits:

- 2 days off per week
- AWS and variable bonus
- Annual leave: 12 days of leave with an annual increment of 1 day, up to a maximum 18 days
- Meal allowance: $10 per day
Job Scope:
- Assist the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes with precision
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards
- Train and supervise kitchen staff
- Contribute to menu development and planning along with other responsibilities to be discussed upon onboarding.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Strong culinary skills and knowledge of Japanese cuisine
- Leadership and organizational abilities
- Friendly and team-oriented
