Job Description:

The e-Commerce Executive will be responsible for the online and offline retail presence of our dog bakery business. You will report directly to the Business Manager. This role requires prompt, customer-centric, and hands-on execution. The ideal candidate will have experience in e-commerce, with a strong passion for pets and the pet industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer service: replying customers on whatsapp business during operating hours
  • Manage online Sales Channels: upload new and maintain existing products
  • Order Management & Processing: send reminders, make order changes, put in new orders, complete orders, schedule order deliveries
  • Stock-take inventory
  • Pack orders for pickup and deliveries
  • Schedule pickup & deliveries and attend to them
  • Pre- and Post-sales service

Requirements:

  • Diploma
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or e-commerce, preferably in the food or pet industry.
  • Proven track record of successful sales campaigns and sales growth.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms like woocommerce, Shopee and Lazada.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service.
  • Expected to be able to use software like Canva and ChatGPT.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for pets and knowledge of the pet industry is highly desirable.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
