Job Description:
Responsible for providing after-sales technical support for the company's Content Delivery Network (CDN) products, answering customer inquiries through phone, email, and online chat; promptly responding to and resolving technical issues encountered by customers during use.
Ability to set up an origin server, create and configure a distribution in a cloud services account, integrate with origin services, finalize the distribution setup, and provide effective troubleshooting solutions.
Collaborating with the technical team to follow up and resolve complex technical problems, collecting and organizing customer feedback, and providing improvement suggestions to the product and development teams.
Maintaining good customer relationships to enhance customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements:
Must have experience in Content Delivery Network (CDN) technology principles; relevant work experience is preferred.
Good communication skills and service awareness, able to patiently listen to and resolve customer issues; strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of working under pressure.
Team player with a spirit of collaboration; able to adapt to shift work schedules.
Fluency in English and Mandarin required for communication with clients.
