Job Description:

  • Responsible for providing after-sales technical support for the company's Content Delivery Network (CDN) products, answering customer inquiries through phone, email, and online chat; promptly responding to and resolving technical issues encountered by customers during use.

  • Ability to set up an origin server, create and configure a distribution in a cloud services account, integrate with origin services, finalize the distribution setup, and provide effective troubleshooting solutions.

  • Collaborating with the technical team to follow up and resolve complex technical problems, collecting and organizing customer feedback, and providing improvement suggestions to the product and development teams.

  • Maintaining good customer relationships to enhance customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

  • Must have experience in Content Delivery Network (CDN) technology principles; relevant work experience is preferred.

  • Good communication skills and service awareness, able to patiently listen to and resolve customer issues; strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of working under pressure.

  • Team player with a spirit of collaboration; able to adapt to shift work schedules.

  • Fluency in English and Mandarin required for communication with clients.
