As an Assistant Administrator at MTR Singapore, you will be a key part of the team, ensuring the smooth daily operations of the restaurant by handling administrative tasks and providing support to the management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including record-keeping, data entry, and filing.
- Assist with scheduling staff shifts and ensuring proper shift coverage.
- Coordinate with suppliers for inventory orders and manage stock levels.
- Monitor restaurant expenses and assist in preparing basic financial reports.
- Support customer inquiries via phone or email and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Maintain and update restaurant documentation, including employee records.
- Provide general assistance to the management team in daily operations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative or support role is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or equivalent software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations is a plus but not required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $1,737.23 - $3,269.00 per month
