Job Description:
- Responsibilities include managing and engaging with government agencies, strategizing and planning, driving adoption, executing marketing campaigns and events, and creating reports.
- The role also involves evaluating and identifying sustained competitive advantages of our product offerings in a rapidly changing marketplace characterized by intense competition, rapid technological advancements, and a dynamic regulatory environment.
- Innovative approaches to reaching our target audience through creative marketing methods are essential. The ability to independently handle offline campaigns and engagement events, such as OOH materials, events, and workshops, is required.
- Efficient budget management to maximize impact both online and offline is crucial. Building the brand and awareness of the web search and AI team product is a key objective.
- Collaboration with stakeholders, conducting user research, and synthesizing user insights to understand product positioning and gaps of SGW are necessary to develop a corresponding marketing plan to promote SGW to the identified target audience.
- Close collaboration with Software Developers, User Interface/User Experience Designers, Data Analysts, Business Analysts, Product Managers, Quality Engineers, and other government agencies' planning teams is essential.
- Extensive experience in digital marketing, including SEM, content marketing, social media marketing, marketing analytics, web search, and AI.
- Proficient in implementing SEO strategies.
- Skilled in developing marketing strategies and plans, with the ability to analyze data effectively.
- Strong project management skills and experience in cross-functional collaboration.
- Capable of understanding technical product concepts.
- Able to transition between macro product market strategies and micro product engagement with other Government agencies.
- Familiar with design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Canva.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional time management abilities.
- Previous experience in customer engagement, tech market strategy, or data analytics is advantageous.
- Thrives in uncertain and agile environments.
- Can work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing & Communications or a related field.
- Possess a minimum of 4 years’ experience in digital marketing and events
- Familiar with leading search tools (e.g. Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush)
- Possesses a creative flair with a keen eye for design
- Experience in similar role is preferred, particularly in the fintech space.
- Driven by data and insights
- Demonstrates an outgoing personality, proactivity, and a strong initiative
- Demonstrates good writing capabilities.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
