Job Description:
We are looking for dynamic and motivated individuals to join our Membership Sales and Consulting team. In this position, you will engage with prospective members, assess their needs, and offer expert fitness consultations and membership services to boost sales and improve customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and consult potential members to understand their fitness goals and needs.
- Introduce the fitness club's facilities, classes, and membership benefits, and address customer inquiries.
- Develop personalized fitness plans to help clients choose the appropriate membership packages.
- Follow up with potential clients, maintain customer relationships, and improve renewal rates.
- Participate in marketing activities to enhance the club's visibility and attractiveness.
- Collect customer feedback, promptly adjust sales strategies, and improve service quality.
Requirements:
- Experience in sales or customer service; experience in the fitness industry is preferred.
- Passion for fitness with solid knowledge to provide professional advice.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to listen and understand customer needs.
- Team player capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic market analysis skills to develop effective sales strategies.
