We are seeking a dynamic, positive and detail-oriented Sales Admin and Office admin to join our growing team. This role is crucial in ensuring that our website is up to date and supporting our operational needs. If you are passionate about e-commerce and efficient operations, this position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our success.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales QS
- Assist sales personnel with tendering, quotation.
- Assist sales personnel with Document Processing(Specifications, DO, Invoices).
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer’s enquiries from various channels: website live chat, social platform messaging, WhatsApp, telephone, and emails.
Office Admin
- Assist with day-to-day Admin and Operations of company, showroom set up, office supplies, office cleaniless etc.
- Perform other tasks as assigned to support overall business operations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum ITE or equivalent, preferable in Quantity Surveyor background.
- Team player, Independent with a positive attitude.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales QS.
- Knowledge of furniture preferred.
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms preferred.
