-Office hours
-6 months contract (non-renewable)
Job Scope:
-Handle customer (Internal/External) issues and enquiries, provide appropriate solutions as well as accurate and complete information.
-Perform proper follow up to ensure resolution.
-Communicate and co-ordinate internally as necessary to resolve customer issues.
-Provide support and educate/guide customers on product and system navigation.
-Provide support on enquiries/clarifications/rejections.
-Follow internal procedures & guidelines, maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers as well as colleagues at all times.
-Any other tasks/duties that may be assigned.
-Handle internal hotline.
Requirement:
-At least 1 year experience in bank industry customer service
-Diploma qualification and above
