  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

You’ll be outsourced to:

Location: Toh Guan, Singapore

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday: 9am – 6pm
Rotational Saturdays (with OT Pay x1.5!): 8am – 2pm

Salary: $2,600

Contract Duration: Now till End of March 2025 (Convertible to Permanent)

Your Role:

Shipping Documentation: Prepare and manage large volumes of essential shipping documents, including Invoices, Packing Lists, Delivery Orders, and Airway Bills.
Compliance & Accuracy: Ensure all shipping documentation is accurate, complete, and in line with industry regulations and company standards.
Coordination: Collaborate with forwarders to ensure timely import shipment documentation for smooth transport to the warehouse.
Primary Contact: Act as the go-to person for shipping inquiries, working closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders to maintain smooth daily operations.
Operational Reporting: Generate and manage regular operation management reports to ensure efficiency and track performance.
