Employee Confirmation:

•⁠ ⁠Oversee the employee confirmation process, conducting performance evaluations.

•⁠ ⁠Communicate confirmation decisions to employees and relevant departments.

•⁠ ⁠Support employees through the confirmation process, providing constructive feedback.

Employee Transfer:

•⁠ ⁠Facilitate smooth internal employee transfers, collaborating with relevant departments.

•⁠ ⁠Update employee records to reflect changes in roles or locations.

•⁠ ⁠Provide support and guidance to employees undergoing transfers.

Requirements:

Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
1-2 years of relevant working experience
Strong knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act
Experience in handling Work Passes
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Meticulous, strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Problem-solver with strong communication skills.

Salary will be commensurate depending on experience
