Responsibilities
Provide support for client engagements (b2b), especially events, marketing and loyalty programs.
Provide excellent client support for business service issues, ensure they return for long term business.
Provide support for issue resolutions, gathering feedback regularly from customers to ensure the company understands what customers go through in order to better each business process.
Represent our brand during events / functions, where required (no more than 10% monthly, based locally).
Our Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience in customer service (face to face), in store retail, supervisory experience in sales very advantageous.
Patience, empathy, positivity with openness to challenges and dedicated to work.
