Job Description:
Overseeing shipment loading and unloading, handling day-to-day operations for the warehouse and creating shipment schedules
Coordinate and manage the shipping processes of goods and materials
Prepare and pack items for shipment, ensuring that they are securely packed and labelled correctly
Prepare import & export shipping documentation
Monitoring inventory levels using software programs and initiating transportation or shipments when inventory levels become too low or high
Enforcing facility security and employee safety measures to ensure that the warehouse adheres to the government’s safety standard
Examining related materials and goods to identify defects and check the quantity
Overseeing and lead a team and staff, assigning staff schedules, organizing employee training and developing teamwork initiatives
Communicating with clients, suppliers and vendors by email or phone to coordinate product needs and schedule shipments
Plan and work on continuous improvement of productivity
Job Requirement:
Min Nitec and N level in Logistics or equivalent
Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills
Customer service skills

Organizational skills
