Responsibilities:

  • Serve as main liaison between customers and service team.
  • Manage queue system, greeting customers professionally and ensuring a seamless service experience.
  • Complete and maintain accurate records via job sheets.

Skills Required:

  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in customer service or related fields.
  • Prior working experience in the automotive experience would be advantageous.

Other Requirements:

  • Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Service oriented with a passion for customer service.
  • Patient and empathic.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
