Responsibilities:
• Assist Manager to manage and oversee the entire restaurant operation 协助经理管理和监督整个餐厅的运作
• Assist Manager to organize and supervise shifts 协助经理组织和监督轮班
• Assist Manager to manage restaurant supplies 协助经理管理餐厅用品
• Assist Manager to monitor operations and initiate corrective actions 协助经理监控操作并启动纠正措施
• Answering customer’s queries regarding menus, ingredients, or any other product related queries. 回答客户对菜单、配料或任何其他产品相关的查询。
• Assist in tidying up and table setting 整理及摆桌
• Responsible for the preparation work of Restaurant opening and closing operation hours. 负责大厅营业时间的准备工作。
• Manage and lead staff 管理和领导员工
• Training new staff 培训新员工
• Control costs and minimize waste 控制成本,减少浪费
• Nurture a positive working environment 培养积极工作环境
• Ensure guest satisfaction by responding efficiently to customer questions and complaints and resolve customer problems and concerns personally. 通过有效地回应客户的问题和投诉,并亲自解决客户的问题和疑虑,确保客人满意。
• Maintain good hygiene and cleanliness of individual by following basic grooming & hygiene. 保持个人良好卫生和清洁,遵循基本的仪容整洁。
• Covers jobs of the Manager in the absence of Manager. 涵盖经理不在时的工作。
• Any other job-related duties requested from senior staff or the director. 高级职员或董事要求的任何其他与工作有关的职责。
