Main Responsibilities:

• Strategic Sales Leadership

• Prepare budget and business plans.

• Set and monitor ambitious sales targets across local stores, multibrand retail networks, and dealer partnerships to drive revenue growth.

• Optimize performance by setting sales targets and crafting innovative action plans for retail, multibrand, and eCommerce.

• Develop selective distribution strategies aligned with brand visibility and business targets.

• Design and implement KPIs and incentive programs to motivate teams and enhance sales performance.

• Conduct market analysis to refine strategic initiatives and drive growth.

• Analyze sales figures and forecast future sales volumes to maximize profits.

• Support partners in planning, product allocation, and stock management.

• Develop and monitor action plans to achieve commercial KPIs.

• Collaborate with partners and dealers on promotional strategies and sales initiatives.

• Communicate regularly with the Managing Director on account status, forecasts, and sales analysis.

• Full accountability for P&L in Southeast Asia.

2. Excellence in Business Operations (Retail, Multibrand, eCommerce)

• Negotiate and manage dealer agreements, ensuring optimal terms and fostering long-term partnerships.

• Conduct regular market and partner visits to refine sales strategies based on real-time insights.

• Ensure all point-of-sale operations adhere to global standards and best practices.

• Lead and inspire teams by establishing clear roles and responsibilities and ensuring regular meetings and follow-ups.

• Oversee the management of new stores and product launches, coordinating with cross-functional teams.

• Standardize processes to improve customer satisfaction.

3. Talent Development & People Management

• Recruit, identify, and nurture high-potential talent, ensuring a robust pipeline of future managers and experts.

• Create a dynamic and supportive work culture that fosters employee retention and satisfaction.

• Coordinate with HR to conduct appraisals and development plans annually.

• Assess training needs and implement tailored development programs.

• Foster a learning culture within sales and retail teams through regular coaching and feedback.

4. Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

• Develop and execute a comprehensive CRM strategy to foster long-term relationships with customers.

• Implement targeted initiatives to attract and retain VIP clients, enhancing their shopping experience and loyalty.

• Lead the organization of retail events to elevate the brand’s profile and engage key clientele.

• Develop and foster long-term relationships with business owners, lead negotiations, and oversee contract management.

• Leverage CRM insights to enhance sales strategies and personalize customer engagement.

5. Stakeholder Engagement

• Represent the brand at industry events and forums to build relationships and support sales, operations, and growth initiatives.

Requirement

• Minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a senior managerial role.

• Proven and practical experience in managing a high-quality retail network with directly operated stores.

• Demonstrated success in acquiring and retaining final clients and prospects.

• Balances between entrepreneurial and execution-focused leadership, capable of both building and running the operational engine.

• Strong strategic abilities while maintaining awareness of operational implications.

• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Thoughtful leader and dedicated team player with proven decision-making, coaching, and problem-solving abilities.
