You will support the product owners, make sure that scrum processes are adhered to and the benefits of the Agile process are maximized. You will take part in software development, including safeguarding project goals, requirements, tasks, and resource planning. You will work closely with digital products owners, technology, and business stakeholders across the organisation to optimise performance and deliver business impact through data-driven design and performance insights.
  • Support Agile Project Management by assisting in developing, reviewing, and modifying Agile project plans, ensuring budget and deliverables are accurately tracked.
  • Provide support to the development team under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Help ensure project artifacts such as user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases are properly documented.
  • Support the management of the backlog of work and assist in the digital products lifecycle management.
  • Work within an agile framework to help break down Product(s) plans and deliver best-in-class Product(s) experiences.
  • Assist in leveraging change management methodology, processes, and tools to create strategies to support the adoption of changes required by projects or initiatives.
  • Work with business stakeholders to understand and help maximize the business impact of the capabilities roadmap.
