Job Description:
Retrieve the daily sales report from the POS backend
Conduct inventory counts at venues with managers (clarify frequency: every session with the ops? or during end-of-month inventory count).
Ensure counts match records in MarketMan (Inventory Management system)
Responsible as a main procurement personnel and verify stock levels against par levels to prevent overordering
Evaluate the necessity of asset purchases before approval.
Ensure Paperchase (Accounting Software) communicates with suppliers regarding credit notes for returned items (once paperchase come in to handle our booking/ accounting task)
Ensure entertainment claims are within range, track and ensure adherence
Qualifications & Skills:
Tertiary Education in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in cost control, financial analysis, or accounting roles (preferably in [industry type]).
Strong understanding of cost accounting principles and financial analysis techniques.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to identifying cost-saving opportunities.
