Barista
- Able to perform all floor opening and closing duties, and service duties according to company's SOPs
- Well-equipped with knowledge of menu offerings and offer suggestions when guests make request or enquiry
- Efficient and organised in workflow on the floor and behind the coffee bar with clear understanding of company's SOPs
- Capable of working independently behind the coffee bar and ensuring all beverage prepared meets the quality benchmark set by company
- Confident in communications with colleagues across all departments and with customers
- Passionate to experience the coffee chain from procuring green coffees, to roasting, cupping andbrewing.
Cafe service crew
- Consistently perform all service floor duties from greeting customers, taking orders, cashiering to housekeeping.
- Maintain high service standards at all times, especially during busy periods
- Able to communicate with customers and various departments to deliver an excellent service experience
- Responsible for opening, operating and closing of shifts and perform daily operational tasks according to roster
Requirements:
- No experience required; on-the-job training will be provided. Motivated and disciplined.
- Strong team player mindset, positive learning attitude
- Service oriented and enthusiastic about hospitality
