  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

What you will be working on?
The job nature for the staff is a service delivery and advisory role which will include:

To provide advisory to customers’ queries/feedback through different customer touch points, ensuring that issues are resolved, and service standards are met.
To process applications submitted by our customers through our filing portal, ensuring our records are updated, and service standards are met.
What are we looking for?

Singaporean only
Minimum A-Level/ Diploma.
Good interpersonal, communication and writing skills.
Experience in external customer-facing roles would be advantageous.
