Responsibilities:
· Ensure employees conforming to company’s policies and regulations.
· Ensure company conforming to government’s regulations, e.g. Employment Act, CPF ,MOM regulations and etc.
· Monthly Income Tax, CPF and other relevant contribution preparing.
· Meeting and solving government issues with their respective officer.
· Responsible for employees’ EA form.
· To enforce and review the company’s policy, employees guidelines & updating the employee’s handbook.
· Participate in company’s policies and regulations formulation.
· Responsible for the preparation, coordination of recruitment, and arrangement for interview.
· Prepare monthly payroll and maintain the payroll records for employees to ensure its accuracy and completeness.
· Provide work related or personal counselling for employees.
· Execute and prepare the performance appraisal for employees for year end bonus and annual increment reports.
· Prepare monthly HR reports as required by superior.
· To handle employee’s exit interview and domestic inquiry.
· To conduct induction program for new staff.
· Provide solutions and proposals to meet departmental quality objective.
· Checking punch cards & update leave, medical & training record from time to time.
· Revised HR procedures and forms for running HR operations smoothly.
· Preparing and updating correspondence letters and memo to all employees.
· Employee Personal Files and HR System updating & backup from time to time.
*** Performs a variety of marginal duties not listed, to be determined and assigned as needed.
Academic Requirement
Diploma in Human Resource Management or higher
Experience
With at least 2 years’ experience in Human Resources environment.
Resourceful, mature, good interpersonal and communication skills
Confidentiality, tactful and discretion when dealing with people.
